Where do you ship?

All Domestic and international orders ship USPS priority. 


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card forms of payment. No PayPals.


How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification that includes tracking details.

 International packages may require addition processing time.  

Ivywood Lane is not responsible for addition shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods. 

If package is returned to Ivywood Lane due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. 

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 USD due prior to reshipment. 

If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office. 


Once my order has been placed, can I cancel or update my order?

Once your order has been placed, no changes/cancellations can be made. Upon receipt of your order, you may receive store credit only.


Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept refunds. However, you may receive store credit. See return policy.
